Quality Assurance Coordinator - Part Time

We are looking for a part time Quality Assurance Coordinator to work 25 hours per week in our Pocatello Home Care Office. Flexible hours anytime between 8:30am 5:00 pm. Job Duties Coordinating with Supervisor & oversee staff documentation to ensure compliance Updating client authorizations in Software Audit charts & progress notes Putting together corrective actions Conducting client & employee Surveys Service plan auditing Prepare for state audits Home Care Binder & document compliance Knowing and monitoring program policies, procedures and regulations Assist with any other Quality Assurance or office related duties as requested Qualifications MUST be extremely detailed oriented. At least 1+ year of related experience High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Clean background check and drug screen Must have excellent computer skills.
