Job Summary:

Our Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees our Quality Assurance (QA) Team across all shifts. Reporting to our QA Manager, this role is responsible for providing leadership to our QA employees, quality control activities, and quality system compliance.

Quality Management System Job Requirements:

5+ years' experience as a quality assurance professional in manufacturing 3+ years' experience making schedules and handling employee relations as a Quality Supervisor in manufacturing 3+ years' experience utilizing a Quality Management System with admin permissions Strong understanding of ISO fundamentals Strong leadership abilities including experience having difficult conversations Strong verbal/written English communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team
