Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Quality Director to lead and own the company's quality management systems, compliance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will drive ISO compliance, oversee quality operations, and act as the Management Representative for all quality-related communication. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all quality functions, including QMS, QC, corrective actions, and document control Oversee metrology lab, inspectors, and quality personnel; monitor performance and workflow Own and maintain
ISO 9000
program compliance and effectiveness Take charge of critical quality issues—develop, execute, and communicate resolution plans Implement quality programs, ensuring compliance of raw materials and finished products Communicate quality standards and updates across internal teams, vendors, and customers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5+ years of quality leadership, heavy CNC machining, or related experience Formal ISO training and strong understanding of compliance standards Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Leadership or management training/experience Experience in manufacturing environment NDT Level II (Limited) a plus Strong time management and delegation skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Technical Skills CMM Programming FARO Arm Programming OD/ID Micrometers, Calipers, Profilometer Statistical Analysis Geometric Tolerance Interpretation Quality Control & Quality Management Systems (QMS)
