Known for our sustainable and cruelty-free approach to beauty, BOSS has recently undergone a major rebrand, expansion, and creative transformation — ushering in a new era of elevated client experience, fashion-forward energy, and immersive atmosphere. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality-driven environments, genuinely enjoys taking care of people, and understands that luxury service is found in the details. We are looking for someone polished, energetic, organized, highly personable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced salon atmosphere. At BOSS, the front desk is the heartbeat of the salon. You are often the first and last impression of our brand. ⸻

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Opening and/or closing the salon as a key holder Greeting and hosting clients with warmth and professionalism Answering incoming calls, texts, and emails Scheduling and managing appointments through our salon software Assisting clients with online booking support Checking clients in and out efficiently Supporting daily salon operations and front desk organization Maintaining a clean, elevated, and welcoming salon environment Assisting management with daily administrative and hospitality tasks Supporting our team in an "all hands on deck" environment ⸻

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A minimum of 1 year of reception, salon, spa, retail, or hospitality experience

REQUIRED

(no exceptions) Strong communication and customer service skills Someone naturally upbeat, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism under pressure Interest in beauty, fashion, wellness, or luxury hospitality Comfortable working with technology, texting platforms, and booking software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be willing to work weekends, including Saturdays Availability of approximately 18-20 hours per week We are primarily looking to fill a few shorter shifts ranging from approximately 3-6 hours each, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. ⸻
