Job Description

Quality Coordinator Needed
  • Elk Grove Village, IL Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join their team.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.

  • 10pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job?
Manage external claims by coordinating internal communication channels and ensuring complete information from Gespack for quality claims. Lead root cause analysis and define corrective actions using methodologies such as PDCA, RAPID, and DMAIC. Monitor action plans to reduce external and internal rejections, ensuring objectives are met and maintained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transversal improvement projects to enhance overall quality processes. Oversee compliance of activities related to credit notes, external complaints, and internal claims, ensuring traceability and accurate data management. What's Needed? Experience in managing quality claims and process control activities. Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers. Proficiency in using quality management systems such as Gespack. What's in it for me?
