Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality and Inspection team in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising inspectors, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production to deliver high-quality products. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the daily activities of the Quality and Inspection team. Schedule, assign, and prioritize inspection activities to meet production demands. Train, coach, and mentor quality personnel while maintaining required training documentation. Perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing employee development. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to ensure quality objectives are met. Perform in-process and final inspections as needed. Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities and assist with root cause investigations. Report nonconforming conditions and communicate quality concerns to the production floor. Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company quality policies, customer requirements, and industry standards. Support process improvements that increase product quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams of 5 or more direct reports. 7+ years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with
AS9100, ISO
quality systems, and NADCAP requirements. Experience completing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies. Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation for product verification. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality documentation.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
