Job Summary PPI Quality & Engineering is a global provider of quality assurance, engineering, and inspection services to the energy industry and is strengthening its audit capability with a QA Lead Auditor. In this role, you will plan, perform, and lead quality assurance audits across oil and gas operations, ensuring compliance with international, regulatory, and industry standards. We are currently seeking experienced Project Quality Lead for a client facility in Joliet, Illinois About the role The PQL ensures the effective implementation of the PQP throughout the project's duration.
PQL is responsible to:
Develop, implement and maintain the PQMS, including Developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan, Control Procedures and Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs Ensuring development of Engineering Surveillance Programs Coordinating development of Surveillance tools for specific work scopes Coordinating Quality Scorecard program across Project and discussing Project Quality Scorecard with PT Management Coordinate development and execution of quality audit program for the Project Ensure non-conformances and quality issues are identified, reported and resolved Establish and implement project's quality reporting and metrics program Maintain interfaces, including: Interfacing with Project Management to ensure appropriate engagement in providing resources, support and direction for the PQMS Interfacing with other disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Construction, Operations, etc.) in matters relating to Quality, including input and execution of interfacing documents (e.g., Training Plan, MOC Plan, Org Plan) and execution of the PQMS Do you have what it takes? To be considered, candidates should have: 10+ years of experience Local to Illinois or willing to permanentley relocate at your own expense Be available as soon as possible Agreeable to a 4/10 shift with the option for OT, or 5/8 shift Available for business travel as required What can you expect from us in return?
