Annual Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality management systems, conduct audits, analyze quality trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Duties:

Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality control procedures. Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality assurance standards and processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices. Oversee the documentation of quality procedures, specifications, and reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Food Science, or Engineering). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals). Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
