Requirements:

Strong leadership qualities. Must know how to swim. We are currently seeking an Aquatic Swim Lesson Quality Control Manager to ensure the quality, safety, and smooth operation of our swim lesson program. This role focuses on standardizing programming, staff development, curriculum execution, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing instructor training, conducting in-water evaluations, and auditing student progression. You will also assist the Facility Director with staffing, events, and pump room duties. Candidates must be physically fit, able to swim and demonstrate strokes, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
