CONTROL COORDINATOR IN ROMEOVILLE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Romeoville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for ensuring full alignment between NCMR data and the ERP System to maintain accurate inventory status, material traceability, and synchronization between physical material and system records in support of efficient production flow and compliance with quality requirements. The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills, must be able to read and write fluently in English, 1-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or similar POP (point-of-purchase) environment, and much more listed below.   • Located in Romeoville, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the administrator of the NCMR System, ensuring timely creation, accuracy, progression, and closure of all NCMR Records.
Coordinate and track NCMR dispositions, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with Quality Management, Project Managers, Purchasing, and Production. Partner with Quality Leadership to support effectivity checks and verify implementation and sustainability of corrective actions. Ensure full alignment between NCMR records and ERP System transactions, maintaining accurate inventory status, material traceability, and synchronization between physical material and system data Manage and control quarantine inventory within the ERP System, monitoring material levels and ensuring timely disposition to minimize production impact and support on-time delivery (OTD). Coordinate the physical movement of nonconforming and quarantine materials across production lines, warehouses, and receiving areas in accordance with approved dispositions and quality procedures. Act as a liaison between Inspectors and cross-functional corporate functions to facilitate clear communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent execution of quality processes Promote adherence to quality standards, procedures, and best practices throughout plant operations Create electronic service (Maintenance) tickets for quality support needs Perform other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Needs to have basic computer skills and know how to work within Outlook, Excel and Word Must be able to read and write fluently in English Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or similar POP (point-of-purchase) environment is encouraged, with a familiarity with nonconforming management, LN (ERP System) or quality documentation processes preferred Ability to read engineering prints and working knowledge of GD&T is a benefit Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Experience in Metal fabrication and/or injection molding environments strongly preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus -- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT
