Job Description
Essential Functions:
Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures. Ensure that products, services, and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle to ensure compliance. Identify areas for quality improvement in manufacturing processes, service delivery, and operational workflows. Lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve product consistency, and reduce defects. Conduct regular internal quality audits to evaluate compliance with established standards. Investigate and address quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conformities. Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality problems. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to eliminate quality-related issues. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and audit findings. Lead, supervise, and train quality assurance and quality control personnel. Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices. Work with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer quality concerns. Ensure that quality management systems align with customer requirements and expectations.Education and Training:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager Role 3 years of QMS with ISO experience preferredPhysical Demands:
