Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee process quality, deliverables, and continuous improvement for a large-scale state government system implementation.
Responsibilities:
Review and monitor vendor work for process quality, policy compliance, and code quality Establish and maintain quality standards and review processes across the program Identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support deliverable reviews and quality audits Report on quality metrics to project leadership and State stakeholders
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in quality management on large-scale IT programs Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards Experience with government or public sector contracts preferred Full-time dedication to the program required
