Full Job Description Compensation:
$85K and up Depending on Experience and/or

Deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and ability to administer QMS standards like
ISO 9001, IATF
16949 or
ISO 13485
Audit Management:
Scheduling, leading external, internal and supplier audits and handling document control protocols Ability to make
Data-Driven Decisions:
Interpreting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor QMS performance and spot defect trends
Capable of Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Communicating quality metrics and expectations clearly between the factory floor, engineering teams and executive management Experience in
Training and Development:
Educating employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conflict Resolution:
Navigating supplier discrepancies, customer complaints, and internal pushback diplomatically Position is 100%
On-Site Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
