Job Description

Quality Manager, (Manufacturing) Indianapolis, IN (South Side) We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations within a high-volume, fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring product and process quality, and partnering cross-functionally to support production excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all plant quality activities, including quality systems, compliance, and team development Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving overall performance Establish, monitor, and report on key quality metrics and KPIs Ensure adherence to customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to support new product launches and ongoing production Support supplier quality and collaborate on corrective actions and performance improvements Oversee root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Maintain quality documentation and ensure audit readiness Promote a strong quality culture focused on accountability, safety, and operational excellence
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment Experience leading quality functions in a production setting Strong knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and process improvement tools Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners Excellent communication and organizational skills •Apply today for immediate consideration.
