MS Companies is partnering with a well-established automotive manufacturing and assembly organization to identify a Quality Manager for its Columbus, Indiana operation. This organization supports OEM and Tier-1 manufacturing environments through value-added assembly, subassembly, quality, inventory, and production support solutions. The Quality Manager will play a critical leadership role in ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, supplier performance, and compliance with industry quality standards. Reporting directly to corporate quality leadership, this individual will oversee all plant quality activities while partnering closely with operations, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced automotive quality professional seeking a highly visible leadership position with the ability to influence plant performance and quality culture. Required Skills & Qualifications Automotive manufacturing experience Previous quality supervisory, leadership, or management experience Experience supporting customer and supplier quality initiatives Strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes Blueprint reading and interpretation skills Root cause analysis and corrective action experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively across production, engineering, and customer-facing teams Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline Five or more years of Quality Management experience Experience maintaining

quality standards Oversee production quality, supplier quality, and customer quality functions Manage calibration systems and measurement equipment programs Review and disposition nonconforming materials and products Lead corrective action investigations and root cause analysis activities Coordinate supplier corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives Respond to customer concerns and drive resolution efforts Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and reporting metrics Supervise and mentor quality inspectors, technicians, and quality personnel Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Physical & Environmental Requirements Combination office and manufacturing environment Frequent interaction with production personnel and leadership teams Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility as needed Regular use of computers, reporting systems, and communication tools Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds Occasional travel for supplier audits, inspections, and quality-related activities Why Consider This Opportunity?
