The Quality Supervisor leads and develops a team of quality professionals to ensure product excellence and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This role champions accountability, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving while partnering cross-functionally to achieve business and customer objectives. The Quality Supervisor provides both people and technical leadership, overseeing inspection, nonconformance management, root cause analysis, Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, ensuring excellence in inspection, nonconformance management, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement while driving accurate, high-integrity execution. Provide technical leadership and coaching in quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, MSA/GR&R, Cpk, RCA, ECN implementation, QMS audits, and document control. Establish and execute short•and long-term team objectives aligned with business goals; monitor performance, communicate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and exercise stop-work authority to protect quality and compliance. Mentor, coach, and develop team members through technical instruction, performance feedback, and accountability, fostering engagement, capability growth, and a high-performance culture.
What You Will Bring Education:
Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Experience :
5-7 years related quality leadership experience.
Skills:
Lean Six Sigma, ISO9001 Certification, or IATF required, Certified Quality Auditor preferred, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred,

Shift Hours:
Monday•Friday, 7am•3pm; weekends as required.
Compensation :
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000•$90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Making the connections that matter.
