Job Description
Description Who We Are We're building a better way to donate plasma — one that's fast, friendly, and powered by smart technology
- our donor app makes booking and earning easy for donors, and our team makes every visit feel welcoming and personal.
Compensation:
Up to $70K ($50K- $55K base + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits
Travel:
8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided Key Responsibilities Lead quality programs, including overseeing inspections, audits, and corrective action plans. Keep the center audit-ready by maintaining compliance with industry, government, and company regulations at all times. Provide independent oversight- maintain quality checks and documentation separate from daily operations to ensure objectivity. Support center leadership
