IATF 16949 , ISO 9001 , ISO 14001
, and other industry-specific quality standards Advanced problem-solving skills (8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5-Phase) Ability to manage quality operations across multiple sites as needed Quality Manager Preferred Background & Skills ASQ certifications such as
CQE , CQA
, or CMQ/OE Experience leading quality initiatives in steel fabrication, welding, or heavy manufacturing environments Quality Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee a unified quality strategy for manufacturing operations Standardize quality systems and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency Lead and mentor quality teams, implementing ongoing training programs Serve as primary liaison for customer quality concerns, driving resolution and clear communication Monitor key quality metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior leadership Oversee quality control for welded, machined, and fabricated components Champion continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis activities Manage quality resources and budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful operations Join an established manufacturer committed to high standards and continuous improvement, where you can make a real difference across multiple sites and sectors.
