Audit and Quality Control Coordinator SPO Management LLC Lenexa, KS Job Details Full-time From $19 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Research Dimensional measurements Quality audits Measurement (quality control) Full Job Description Position Summary The Warehouse Associate (Quality Assurance) coordinates and performs audits on turn-key sourced and manufactured products. Organize audits to be performed. Makes sure audits are completed in a timely manner. Makes decisions on acceptability. Communicates with inventory control when audits are completed and ready to release to stock. Coordinates and performs 100% inspections on failures and communicates findings. Ensure that our products exceed customer quality expectations by coordinating wear testing program.

Each brand offers customers a premier selection and exceptional service for all their sportswear needs, from t-shirts and caps to fleece, performance wear, and outerwear. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain the audit schedule; perform and complete audits within 3 days; Rearranging schedule as needed for unexpected priority shipments. Perform audits and review results to make decisions on borderline quality issues. Works with Sourcing and Design to resolve audit issues; communicates findings. Perform audits and review results with Quality Supervisor. Performs 100% inspections; enters results into system and notifies appropriate teams of results. Performs Expected Receipts report daily; Determines styles to be audited; Monitors issue styles: Keeps track of new styles and colors then audit if needed; Pulls styles needing garment weights. Documents audit results into our system. Perform Outbound audits before they leave the warehouse. Keeps files up to date; replaces and obtains new standards from Design. Communicates daily with Inventory Control team. Works with the Quality Assurance Coordinator to resolve audit issues, communicate findings and provide information on charge backs. Maintains a tidy and neat audit site. Performs internal testing as needed. Research/Investigate inventory for quality issues. Organizes and maintains the wear test program. Measure and inspect fit kits upon arrival. Ensure corrective actions are taken on nonconforming products. Minimum Qualifications One to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality. Knowledge of audits and inspections. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Oracle is a plus, but not required Must be able to follow technical specifications and measure garments for conformance. Must be able to recognize nonconformance to approved samples, as related to construction, appearance and color. Physical Demands The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
