Drive excellence in manufacturing quality! Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Quality Improvement Manager and lead the charge in elevating our quality standards to new heights.
What will you do:
Lead and supervise comprehensive quality functions across the manufacturing site, developing strategic action plans and optimizing resource allocation Establish and maintain quality standards, implementing operational techniques to monitor processes and eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance Guide management on quality matters while creating and executing quality management programs focused on continuous improvement Monitor customer and employee feedback loops to enhance manufacturing-related business systems and processes Foster broad-based employee engagement to implement positive changes at all organizational levels What will make you successful: Proven track record in manufacturing quality improvement and total quality management Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing projects and coaching team members Expertise in creating and implementing quality management systems Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail Collaborate with global and regional CS&Q teams to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices. Identify, share, and implement quality best practices across the organization. Ensure appropriate training, competency development, and capability building for the CS&Q team. Promote the use of digital platforms, data-driven decision making, and quality analytics tools. Support and lead cross-functional projects related to quality, manufacturing excellence, and customer satisfaction. Partner daily with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and EHS to ensure robust process control and risk management. (External)
English Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering field. 5+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Customer Satisfaction. 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience. Expert knowledge of
Quality Management Systems:
ISO 9001, ISO
14001, and OHSAS, including IMS internal auditing. Familiarity with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements (ANSI, NEMA, IEC). Previous experience leading internal and external audits. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (Lean 6 Sigma, Poka-Yoke, 8D, SPC, DOE, PFMEA, DFMEA, DMAIC). Experience deploying automated and digital solution to drive quality excellence.
Ex:
Vision System, Digital micrometers, 3D scanners, Digital Optical comparators, IM Machines Experience with digital solutions for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for traceability and Digital SPC (Statistical Process Control) software. Knowledge and understanding of low-voltage electrical gear preferred. Strong digital mindset with the ability to promote and leverage digital quality platforms.
