Your Role at Delta Faucet The Quality / Site Integration Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of the plant Quality Assurance and the effective integration of NPD along with compliance projects into Delta's manufacturing operations. This position serves as a member of the overall plant leadership team and partners with functional leaders within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and mentoring to meet all aspects of Quality Assurance with existing and new product development. Interpret and communicate specification, standards, and quality requirements to manufacturing disciplines and the supplier base. Analyze and report the effectiveness of the plant's quality and the conformance and acceptance of the plant's product both internally and externally. Lead periodic Quality review meetings, and sharing Quality related reports, coordinating product and process audits. Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action Request system and analyze and report customer feedback. Facilitate APQP methodologies including Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan (APQP); Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). Provide direction and vision for corrective and preventive action, and quality planning aspects of new products and processes. Host 3rd party regulatory auditors. Management of engineering and technical aspects of site integration with a strong emphasis on automation. Continuous improvement of project integration efficiency. Financial control of budgeting and expense management for the department. Financial acumen for capital business case requirements. This position has direct supervisory responsibility for salaried and hourly employees within the department. Qualifications B.S. degree required - quality or an engineering discipline preferred. Minimum of five years of related experience, and general business leadership experience A comprehensive understanding of metrology, test methods, statistical process control, and ISO principles is required. New product development philosophy, principles, and practices. Team building and talent development. Competency with various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Minitab, are needed. Incumbent must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead multiple simultaneous activities. Past supervisory and leadership experience is strongly preferred. Hiring Range:
$103,700.00 - $163,020.00 USD Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
