Quality Control Manager - Residential & Commercial Cleaning Mid City Cleaning | Baton Rouge, LA About the Position Mid City Cleaning is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality of residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, can manage multiple locations, and is comfortable coaching cleaning staff and working directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality-control inspections of residential and commercial properties. Ensure cleaning teams meet company standards and client expectations. Identify cleaning issues and coordinate corrective action. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to cleaning staff. Monitor employee performance and professionalism. Respond to customer concerns and assist with resolving service issues. Complete inspection reports and document work using a smartphone. Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to management. Verify special cleaning requests and property-specific instructions are completed. Help maintain consistent cleaning standards across all service locations. Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or facilities experience preferred. Supervisory or quality-control experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and documentation. Professional appearance and dependable work ethic. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring travel between job sites. Candidates must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move cleaning supplies or equipment.
