Job Description

Our client, a leading specialty chemical manufacturing company, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting Production, Operations, Shipping & Receiving, and Quality Assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Competitive; Based on Experience What's the Job? Review and authorize product releases while ensuring compliance with quality standards and
ISO 9001
2015 requirements. Conduct quality inspections, quality walks, housekeeping audits, and verify product specifications during manufacturing and repackaging operations. Participate in nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and maintain documentation within the quality management system. Assist with SOP creation, document control, data management, and quality reporting activities. Collaborate with Production, Shipping & Receiving, Sales, and Quality teams to support product quality, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. What's Needed? Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP and/or industrial manufacturing environment. Experience with
ISO 9001
quality systems; GMP experience is highly preferred. Experience with document control, quality investigations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. Analytical or wet chemistry experience is a plus. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and wearing required PPE. What's in It for You?
