Base Salary:
$140,000+ plus Full Benefits Join a Mission-Driven Aviation Organization NTS is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Assurance to lead and elevate our FAA Part 135/145 Quality Assurance program. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for a proven aviation QA professional who thrives in fast-paced, safety-critical environments and wants to make a direct operational impact. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, maintenance teams, flight operations, and regulatory agencies to ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization. If you are a hands-on QA leader with strong FAA regulatory expertise and a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company Quality Assurance Program in compliance with FAA Part 135/145 regulations Ensure regulatory compliance across flight operations and maintenance activities Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and operational inspections Manage Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) through successful closure Serve as the primary liaison with FAA inspectors and external auditors Oversee QA manuals, procedures, documentation, and training records Perform root cause analysis and trend monitoring to identify systemic issues Develop and present QA metrics, findings, and compliance reports to leadership Maintain and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL) Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Strong experience managing Quality Assurance programs within FAA Part 135 and/or Part 145 environments Prior leadership experience in aviation quality, compliance, or safety management Deep understanding of FAA regulations, audits, inspections, and compliance systems Experience leading CAPA investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with regulators and executive leadership Background in rotor-wing or commercial aviation operations strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits $140K+ Base Salary Full Benefits Package Leadership-Level Opportunity High Visibility with Executive Team Long-Term Career Growth Potential Why Candidates Will Be Interested Own and lead the entire QA function Direct interaction with FAA and senior leadership High-impact role influencing company-wide compliance and safety culture Opportunity to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives Stable full-time leadership position with strong compensation Today If you are an experienced aviation Quality Assurance leader ready to take ownership of a critical FAA compliance function, we encourage you to apply now.
Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree required 10+ years of experience in FAA Part 135 operations 5+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role (Manager level or above) Strong expertise in FAA compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements Experience with CASS (Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Systems) preferred Working knowledge of
