Data Center Construction Project Manager Locations:
Richland Parish, Northeast Louisiana The Construction Project Manager position requires: Technical Understanding of Critical Infrastructure / Data Centers Knowledge of overall project scope development / methodology Risk Management Functional Risk Financial Risk Schedule Risk Construction Management / Administration Start-up, Commissioning and Operations Process and Procedures Procurement and development of RFP's Good communication and presentation skills Quality - QA / QC process and inspection methodology Strong Team leadership skills Strong technical depth and a working understanding of how overall MEP works as a system. Should have approximately 7 - 10 years of experience gained through formal education and relevant construction experience Must have an understanding of overall scope of large critical infrastructure construction projects. Able to identify and provide background information of scope changes and escalate for timely decisions. Must be able to identify risks to the project and provide input and mitigation plans for risk analysis. Must have the ability to provide strong support in development, review, analysis of budgets,GMP,cashflow,invoice/payapplications. Should be familiar with fundamentals of critical path scheduling. Able to conduct analysis of critical path schedule and help overcome schedule challenges and risks. Must be able to develop, review and provide execution support of MOPs and other technical test documents in support of Factory Witness Tests and Commissioning. Previous participation in FWT and CX programs. MustbeabletoprovidesupportoftheRFPanalysis,bidleveling,andselectionof contractors. Musthavetheabilitytocommunicateprojectissues,bothwrittenandverbally,acrossthe teamandescalatetoleadership.Isableto clearlyarticulatewithin meetingstohelpdrive to resolution or decision.
