About the
Project:
Were deep into development on Mortal Shell II, the next chapter in our action-RPG franchise. As production continues to scale, were working closely with external QA partners to support testing across the game. To help keep everything aligned and effective, were looking for a freelance QA Coordinator to bring structure and consistency to the process.

About the
Role:
In this role, youll connect external QA vendors and our internal developers. In addition to some hands-on testing, this role is focused on oversight, and coordination of the QA process itself. Youll review and validate incoming QA reports, organize and prioritize issues, and make sure feedback is clearly communicated and actionable for the team. Your work will help maintain a high standard of quality while keeping communication tight and priorities clear across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple streams of information, someone who can spot inconsistencies and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What Youll Do:
Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure testing is thorough and on trackReview and validate incoming QA reports for clarity, accuracy, and relevanceConnect external QA findings with internal teams (design, production, etc.)Verify and retest bugs reported by external QA across multiple platformsHelp prioritize issues and ensure theyre properly documented and actionableMaintain clear tracking of bugs, feedback, and progress across teamsIdentify gaps or inconsistencies in QA coverage and flag them earlyWere Looking for
Someone Who:
Has strong organizational and project management skillsHas experience working with QA teams (games pipelines preferred)Is able to to translate QA feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal teamsIs comfortable working with external partners and keeping communication flowingIs experienced with bug tracking tools and workflows
