Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Inspection Supervisor for the Quality Inspection team. Our team is responsible for ensuring we achieve our quality requirements across our production processes. What You Will Be Doing As the Inspection Supervisor you will be responsible for leading quality inspection initiatives that ensure product and process excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with quality, manufacturing, engineering, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
- Supporting future rate increases through staffing and process improvement initiatives.
- Developing strategies to improve performance and yields.
- Designing and analyzing inspection processes and conducting statistical analysis.
- Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. ## Basic Qualifications
- Experience in project or personnel management or team lead experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance. ## Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Active security clearance
- Supervision experience
- Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T).
- Experience in failure analysis and corrective action.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$81500.00- $151300.
