Monday-Thursday Lead Quality Excellence at Accutronics Accutronics is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions in a high-mix, medium-volume electronics manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining and improving our Quality Management System while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management to deliver high-quality electronic assemblies to our customers. assembly, electro-mechanical manufacturing, and regulated quality systems, and enjoys driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. About Accutronics Accutronics is a contract electronics manufacturer (EMS) specializing in high-mix, medium-volume printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and electro-mechanical manufacturing. Since 1984, we've supported customers through every phase of the product lifecycle—from prototype builds and New Product Introduction (NPI) to full-rate production and end-of-life support. Our customers operate in demanding industries including Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Semiconductor Equipment, Defense, and Consumer Electronics, where quality, reliability, and responsiveness are critical. Responsibilities As Quality Manager, you will: Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in support of electronics manufacturing operations. Maintain and continuously improve the company's
ISO 13485
2016 Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with quality standards through audits, training, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as Management Representative and lead customer, regulatory, and certification audits. Develop and monitor quality KPIs, management reviews, and quality performance metrics. Lead CAPA investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness. Oversee document control and engineering change activities related to manufacturing processes, work instructions, inspection procedures, and quality documentation. Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve process capability, product quality, and production efficiency. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and manufacturing readiness activities. Lead risk assessments and implement preventive actions to improve product reliability and manufacturing performance. Ensure compliance with applicable industry and regulatory requirements including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, TSCA, and UL. Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. QualificationsRequired 5+ years of quality leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCB assembly, or electro-mechanical manufacturing . Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing quality standards including: ISO 9001 and/or
ISO 13485 IPC-A-610 J-STD-001 AS9100
(preferred) Experience leading customer audits and third-party certification audits. Proven experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, risk management, internal auditing, and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes including SMT, through-hole assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, and testing. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations (22 CFR §120.15). Preferred Experience in ISO 13485-certified electronics manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Defense.
