Responsibilities Include:
To oversee and maintain adherence to the established quality system. To support the introduction of new, or changing materials, processes and products. To conduct audits and to recommend improvements in procedures, work instructions and practices. To train employees in procedures, work instructions and approved working practices; and to maintain the documentation of individual employee, production skills. To participate in corrective action investigations, including root cause analysis. To assist in assuring conformity between raw material specifications and requirements. To align with the General Management and the Quality Manager in assuring that the goals and objectives of the Quality System are met throughout the company. Experience A minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in medical manufacturing or similar industry. A mature ability to relate and communicate effectively in a team environment with production and management colleagues. Experience with quality management tools, such as: CAPA, PPAP, validation, APOP, PFMEA, SPC and problem solving.
