Quality Manager Location:
Lawrence, MA Salary:
$90,000-$120,000 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM |

Must Haves:
Authorization to work in the USA Knowledge of ISO9001 Skilled in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Join a leading plastics manufacturer in Lawrence, MA as a Quality Manager . This is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening the Quality Management System, driving continuous improvement, and leading a high‑performing quality team. If you have 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing, this is a strong opportunity to make a visible impact. What You'll Do Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence Manage internal, customer, and third‑party audits , including corrective and preventive actions Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis Partner cross‑functionally to resolve quality issues and support product development Oversee supplier quality , including audits, approvals, FAI, and PPAP Develop and mentor the quality team, building a culture of accountability Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and training Lead initiatives to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve business performance What You Bring 5+ years of quality experience with direct leadership responsibility Strong background in manufacturing quality Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing , or related technical field Proven experience implementing and improving QMS Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards Hands‑on experience with audits, CAPA, and root‑cause analysis Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma , and continuous improvement tools Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Excellent communication skills across all levels and with suppliers/auditors Proactive leadership style with a focus on measurable results Why Join Stable, growing manufacturing environment Opportunity to lead quality strategy and make a visible impact Competitive salary + strong benefits package Supportive leadership and room for professional growth
