Job Description Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with AS9100 standards Monitor quality performance metrics and escalate issues to leadership as needed Conduct internal audits and maintain audit readiness Oversee quality control processes, including inspections and SPC analysis Partner with engineering and operations to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventative actions Analyze and report KPIs to track quality performance and improvement initiatives Support product quality through FAIR, test plans, and inspection processes Maintain compliance programs and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure materials, equipment, and services meet required performance standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
