Job Description

Quality Assurance Supervisor
Shift:
8:30 pm to 5:00 am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, with Thursday and Friday off
Essential Functions:
Tracks all maintenance calls identified by Chimes and enters into Maximo dailyTracks janitorial work orders, analyses data and generates reports as requiredCollects data, identifies trends and interprets/analyzes data in weekly and monthly reporting to include tracking QC inspection results, , evaluating response times, identifying recurring deficiencies, recommends improvement opportunities, generates graphs and charts to illustrate data analysis resultsTrains staff on use of Restroom Alert and JAMSComplies with all Agency policies & procedures and follows contract specificationsHandles duties with judgement, tact, and accuracyUtilizes an Android device and computer for data input and retrieval of information as requiredSets up, handles, maintains, and forwards all paperwork and reports in a timely mannerMaintains flow and output of workMaintains continual communication with the MAA and BWI Airport Operations Center during normal working hours to respond to concerns and provide information as requiredReact immediately to custodial emergency situationsCreate, track, trend and analyze terminal use based on data furnished by MAA, direct observation or other data collected by ChimesAnalyze reports and requests to determine action needed, recommends corrective action as requiredAct as QA Manager when QA Manager is unavailableOversee and inspect the cleaning activities of the custodial staff assigned to a specific area of responsibility.

Identify sub-standard cleaning procedures, processes and misuse of materials and assist in correcting any deficiencies foundProvides assistance to visitors, coworkers and employees as neededAttends all meetings and in-service training and relates information to employeesPasses and complies with CPR/first aid training and OSHA trainingAttends work regularly and follows assigned scheduleWorks cooperatively with others including all staff, supervisors, administrators, co-workers, community professionals, customers, vendors, and the publicMaintains confidentialityObserves BWI security procedures for unescorted access privileges to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)Ensures that all staff members observe BWI security procedures for unescorted access privileges to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)

Essential Personnel:
This position is designated as essential. This means that when the facility is faced with an institutional emergency, employees in this position may be required to remain at their work location or to report to work to protect, recover, and continue operations at the facility.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred Valid CPR/FR certification preferred Knowledge of typing, filing, and office procedures Knowledge of electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO, JAMS, Restroom Alert Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in managerial positions including administrative and supervisory oversight Previous experience with Maximo, JAMS and Restroom Alert preferred Previous experience in custodial operations preferred Thorough knowledge of standard English, basic arithmetic, and modern office methods and equipment Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs High degree of skill in typing and computer utilization
