Job Description

A recognized services company is currently seeking a new Quality Control Manager to support complex infrastructure projects in secure environments across North Washington, DC, and Frederick, MD. This mission-critical role involves managing Quality Control activities for projects onsite.
Responsibilities:
Leading the Quality Management System on assigned projects Managing nonconforming installation and corrective actions Documenting project-specific Quality Plans Collaborating with project teams to understand scope and requirements Implementing the 3-Phase Quality Control Process Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years with a High School Diploma Minimum 2 years as a Quality Control Manager Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance is required Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance Knowledge of
USACE/NAVFAC
Quality Control System Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Desired Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Construction and/or Project Management Experience in
USACE/NAVFAC
