Position Overview SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure all ICC products and services provide a high level of quality that meets customer expectation. They will assist in implementing the corporate Quality Management System and/or train employees in processes, quality assurance, measurement techniques, testing and quality systems. They will ensure that all departments are following operating procedures and holds the position of SQF Practitioner for the plant. Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position. Qualifications Certified SQF Practitioner required Proven experience managing quality systems, testing, and measurement techniques in a manufacturing setting. Ability to train and guide employees across all departments on standard operating procedures Strong leadership skills aligned with corporate core values. $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
