Overview We are seeking a dynamic Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to lead our quality programs on diverse construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will oversee inspections, analyze data, and coordinate with project teams to uphold rigorous quality control processes from start to finish. Responsibilities Planning and enforcement of the CQC Plan. Perform site CQC orientations for all workers, employees, and subcontractor employees. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards. Maintaining daily CQC inspection reports. Creating and maintaining a culture that values quality in a positive manner. Attending pre-construction, progress and other projects and staff meetings. Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives. Work to continuously improve the company CQC policies by attending training and sharing knowledge with other employees. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols. Demonstrated expertise in quality control and inspection within commercial or federal construction projects. Strong analysis skills to evaluate inspection data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Knowledge of construction management practices, contract requirements, and regulatory standards. Ability to collect accurate data through site inspections and utilize it effectively for decision-making. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Construction Quality Control Certificate Preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in construction quality control. Construction Related Skills Understands means and methods of construction associated with the renovation of commercial and institutional buildings typical throughout New England. Understands the sequencing of work and how quality ties into a successful project. Understands the function and purpose of the three phases of quality control. Additional Duties Employee shall follow the company policies set for in the company's policy manuals, as may be revised from time to time at the discretion of CARRIGG.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
