Proactively drive and consolidate EE Quality activities, contributing significantly to issue prevention and resolution while ensuring robust and successful vehicle launches. Continuously improve Quality Standards and Design Quality processes, ensuring effective implementation and adherence across projects Continuously enhance Detection Plans and challenge validation strategies and test methodologies, ensuring early defect detection and robust risk mitigation across projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct proactive analysis of customer claims to identify trends and prevent recurrence. Perform in-depth technical investigations based on facts and data, fostering a rigorous problem-solving approach. Drive the implementation of the most effective and efficient technical solutions while optimizing repair costs and cycle time. Ensure the robustness and timely execution of action plans, preventing deviations. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and manage deviations through appropriate mitigation actions. Capitalize on Lessons Learned and Best Practices by defining, improving, and deploying them across projects. Establish and maintain robust validation standards and methodologies. Assess and continuously improve Quality processes, including DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Risk Management. Lead technical reviews and govern the execution results delivered by Technical Centers.
