Quality Manager - Belleville At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Manager to work with a leading metal stamping and aftermarket components facility in Belleville. This role is responsible for overseeing all quality systems, inspection processes, and customer-facing quality activities to ensure products meet strict specifications and performance expectations. Shift Patterns Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required Standard hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm or 4:00pm Pay Rates 75000.00 - 80000.00 USD yearly Essential Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the Metal Stamping Industry Please provide a list of all companies where you have held the position of Quality Manager Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Quality Procedures Proficiency with software used in a Quality Department Role Responsibilities Maintain and improve ISO/IATF-compliant quality systems and audit readiness Serve as the primary contact for customer concerns, complaints, and corrective actions Lead structured problem-solving initiatives including 5-Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC Manage PPAP submissions, control plans, FMEAs, and process flow documentation Supervise quality technicians, inspectors, and lab personnel to ensure operational excellence Location Belleville This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for Quality Manager jobs in Belleville.
