This pivotal role ensures that all products meet stringent quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and uphold the company's commitment to excellence. As a Quality Supervisor, you will champion continuous improvement, oversee quality systems, and foster a culture of quality awareness across teams. Your energetic leadership will drive operational success and customer satisfaction through meticulous inspection, rigorous audits, and proactive problem-solving. Duties Assist in the supervision and training of all QA staff, including mentoring and assisting Quality Lead in job duties. Actively participate in development, implementation and maintenance of quality policies and procedures through data analysis, corrective and preventive actions. Maintain communication with customers concerning quality issues in order to generate and produce improvement ideas and adjust procedures as necessary. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. Maintaining thorough documentation of quality records in order to generate necessary reports. Communicate and work with necessary departments to ensure appropriate adherence to policies and procedures for customer satisfaction, adjusting procedures as necessary.
