Job Description
Are you a Quality leader who enjoys owning systems and getting involved in the day-to-day manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can take ownership of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) while also remaining hands-on with part quality, inspections, customer requirements, and day-to-day manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading audits, working directly with customers and auditors, managing a small team, and stepping into frontline quality activities when needed. What You'll Do Quality Management Systems Lead and maintain the organization's Quality Management System in accordance with

requirements Serve as a key Management Representative, or member of the Management Representative team, during internal and external audits Work directly with IATF auditors and demonstrate organizational compliance with quality system requirements Drive continuous improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with established quality standards Support internal audits, corrective actions, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Environmental Management Systems Lead and maintain the organization's Environmental Management System in accordance withISO 14001
requirements Participate in or leadISO 14001
audits as a Management Representative Support environmental compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Hands-On Manufacturing Quality Provide day-to-day leadership and support for manufacturing quality activities Assist with part inspections and determining conformance to customer specifications and engineering prints Apply knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and measurement/inspection techniques Manage and prioritize sorting and certification activities Respond to customer quality questions, concerns, and validation requests Participate in discussions involving part quality requirements and specification interpretation Work closely with manufacturing and other departments to resolve quality concerns Leadership Manage and develop a team of approximately 3-4 employees Provide hands-on leadership and support to the Quality team Help prioritize workloads and ensure critical quality activities are addressed Foster a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience implementing, maintaining, and/or leadingIATF 16949
Quality Management Systems Experience participating in or leadingIATF 16949

audits Hands-on manufacturing quality experience Experience with part inspection and determining conformance to engineering specifications Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience managing or leading employees Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers, auditors, and internal teams A willingness to be hands-on and involved in day-to-day quality activities Preferred Manufacturing Background Experience working with products or processes such as: Metal stamping Screw machining Cold heading Injection molding Precision manufacturing Automotive manufacturing Other similar high-volume manufacturing environments Preferred Experience Familiarity with MIOSHA and/or OSHA requirements Industrial safety and reporting experience Environmental compliance experience Customer quality experienceCompensation & Benefits Salary:
