Job Description

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead our quality strategy to ensure manufacturing excellence and strict regulatory adherence. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks for safety and performance. Responsibilities Oversee the lifecycle of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all processes are robust, compliant, and optimized for efficiency. Drive organizational awareness regarding regulatory standards and customer-specific quality requirements. Champion a proactive quality culture by mentoring cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks. Manage critical quality workflows, including internal audits, non-conformance reports (NMR), and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA). Design and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure staff competency and adherence to quality protocols. Direct the inspection team and quality engineers to maintain rigorous defect prevention and detection standards. Ensure ongoing alignment with ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
standards through regular system evaluations. Required Skills 2-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance or inspection roles. Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 or
ISO 13485
regulatory frameworks. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and process optimization. Preferred Skills Prior experience managing quality initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven track record of leading continuous improvement programs. Ability to translate complex quality metrics into actionable insights for senior leadership.
