Job Description
About the Role As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead our quality strategy to ensure manufacturing excellence and strict regulatory adherence. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks for safety and performance. Responsibilities Oversee the lifecycle of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all processes are robust, compliant, and optimized for efficiency. Drive organizational awareness regarding regulatory standards and customer-specific quality requirements. Champion a proactive quality culture by mentoring cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks. Manage critical quality workflows, including internal audits, non-conformance reports (NMR), and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA). Design and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure staff competency and adherence to quality protocols.
