Job Description
Are you passionate about driving teams to execute Proactive Quality processes and tools? We are seeking a self starter who wants to impact Product Development Quality and drive teams to deliver high quality products to delight our customers. The ADAS Quality Manager is responsible for preventing quality issues by embedding systemic, forwardlooking quality practices across ADAS platforms. This role owns Lessons Learned, APQP, risk management, and system behavior validation to ensure historical failures and emerging risks are addressed early in the lifecycle. The position drives preventive quality gates, crossprogram learning, and continuous improvement while supporting ASPICEaligned practices and overall process maturity across milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end quality from early phases through SOP and end of lifeWarranty Forecasting, Consolidating ADAS improvements and Plans into vehicle targetsIssue Management - Prioritize and EscalateDefine and track Quality KPIs and maintain quality performance forecastingIdentify and deploy Lessons Learned across projects and programsPart Readiness Process for parts and SW readiness through launch milestonesAPQP (HW/SW) and supplier issue convergence for assigned componentsRisk Management using RTC (Sirius) to identify, track, and mitigate risksPrivacy Assessment and GDPR deliverables with the Data Privacy OfficeDesign Assessments to ensure design integrity and issue convergenceEmbedded Support within the program team to align owners, deliverables, and quality metricsConvert historical defects, warranty data, and escalation outcomes into preventive actions, quality gates, and improved process maturity.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldA minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality, or project managementStrong leadership skills and the ability to influence othersProven problem solving and analytics skillsSelf-starter with ability to multi-task and take ownership of programsAbility to work in a quickly evolving fast-paced environmentExcellent team building and facilitation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of Quality Processes / Tools at StellantisAbility to communicate issues/risks and escalate to senior leaders for resolutionStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to organize required deliverables, coach/enable teams and follow up on teams completionPreferred Qualifications:
