Job Description
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and regulatory requirements including FDA regulations. Join us to shape the future of quality assurance and elevate our manufacturing excellence through innovative metrology practices. Responsibilities Lead the calibration, maintenance, and validation of all measurement equipment in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, document, and enforce comprehensive metrology procedures aligned withISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant quality systems. Conduct regular internal quality audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate metrology best practices into production workflows, ensuring consistent quality control and inspection. Manage a team of technicians and engineers responsible for measurement activities, providing training and mentorship to foster a culture of precision and accountability. Analyze measurement data to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization. Support project management initiatives related to new product introductions or process upgrades by providing expert metrology insights. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or quality assurance environments emphasizing metrology or calibration management. Strong knowledge ofISO 13485
(medical devices), ISO 9001 (quality management systems), FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP standards, and related quality frameworks. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions. Proficiency in analyzing measurement data using statistical tools and analysis skills to drive continuous improvement. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external auditors. Educational background in engineering, manufacturing technology or related fields is preferred.
