Responsibilities include overseeing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), handling customer and vendor complaints, managing change controls, and overseeing aspects of the commercialization process. Key tasks include leading the development and implementation of comprehensive food safety programs and ensuring regulatory compliance with entities such as the FDA. The role demands leadership in integrating quality priorities with operational goals, conducting audits, and managing customer relationships. The successful candidate will manage staffing, budgeting, and capital projects within the department while fostering growth and development among team members. Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree, change management experience, and a minimum of 4 years in the food or supplement industry.
