As our Business Quality Leader (BQL) for the Reverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration portfolios, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence, driving operational performance, and enabling sustainable growth across a global business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing the Manage Product Quality (MPQ) strategy , ensuring we consistently deliver on customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business performance goals. What You'll Do As a key member of the business leadership team, you will: Lead Strategy & Governance Own and deploy the MPQ Business Quality Strategy , aligning quality systems with business objectives and growth priorities Establish and govern quality system architecture , operating discipline, and certification standards Ensure compliance with global product quality and regulatory requirements Drive Performance & Continuous Improvement Champion a customer-first quality culture across the organization Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer-facing quality metrics, including a targeted 25% YoY reduction in defective parts per million (DPPM) Partner with operations and manufacturing technology to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Enable End-to-End Quality Excellence Ensure robust quality systems across: Product specifications & validation New product introduction (NPI) External manufacturing & supplier quality Raw materials & incoming inspections End-to-end supply chain and distribution quality Lead effective CAPA processes to resolve issues and prevent recurrence Build & Lead Capability Develop, coach, and mentor a network of quality professionals across global sites Drive adoption of quality tools, metrics, and training across the business Optimize leveraged quality resources and processes for efficiency and impact Lead and coach on supplier audits and robust incoming materials inspection What Success Looks Like A scalable, effective MPQ strategy that enables profitable growth and risk mitigation Measurable improvements in product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance Strong cross-functional alignment and resolution of complex technical and organizational challenges What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field required 8-12 years of progressive experience in quality leadership roles Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing or technology-driven environments Expertise in quality systems (including ISO 9001 and cGMP), regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong business acumen with a focus on risk management, prioritization, and value creation Why DuPont?
