Job Description

Are you looking for an internship where you can radically love and influences lives? Join Bell s Quality team for a hands-on experience where you ll contribute to high-impact initiatives, including implementing an enterprise Quality Management System (QMS), supporting training programs, and helping drive quality excellence across operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in manufacturing quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement. This position is temporary and is located at our New Brighton, MN location. $20.00 / per hour, Monday - Friday As a Quality Intern, you will: Assist in converting existing Quality documents (procedures, work instructions, forms) into the QMS platform Support document standardization (naming conventions, templates, version control) Verify document completeness and alignment with quality standards and internal requirements Upload documents, apply metadata tagging, and support workflow routing within the QMS Assist in preparing training materials for Quality Awareness and Leadership programs Track training completion, attendance, and certification data Coordinate training logistics (schedules, materials, participant lists) Develop user guides, quick reference materials, and job aids for QMS users Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical preferred), or Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Strong interest in quality systems, manufacturing operations, or continuous improvement
