Summary:
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing delivery and logistics quality standards while serving as the primary liaison between Haulers, Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, the Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams. This role ensures operational compliance through regular on-site presence, vendor relationship management, and oversight of hauler recruitment, processing, and performance. The Quality Control Manager monitors shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims to ensure timely resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role maintains monthly operational reports, analyzes performance metrics and customer service scores, and applies strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery, Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams Provides on-site presence on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers Develops and maintains relations with vendors Ensures follow-up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims Interfaces with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery for customers Maintains monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores Other duties as assigned
Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and market Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutions

Pay Range:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 •The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
