Job Description

Lead, develop, and manage Quality Control to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the production lifecycle. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control processes that comply with
ISO 9001
2015, UL, and NSF regulatory and industry standards. Manage and conduct in-process inspections, incoming raw material inspections, incoming 3rd party supplied product inspections and final product audits to ensure conformance to specifications. Analyze non-conformances and lead 8D,FMEA, 5 Whys, or other root cause analysis to drive corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to resolve quality issues and implement Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives for process improvement. Maintain inspection and testing protocols, ensure calibration of inspection equipment, and manage document control for quality records. Host and coordinate customer audits, third-party inspections, and certification body assessments. Generate and monitor key quality performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management. Develop training programs for staff to enhance quality awareness and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CMQ) Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred)
ISO 9001
2015 Lead Auditor Certification Familiarity with UL and NSF standards is a plus. Quality Background in Manufacturing of Injection Molded & Sheet Metal Fabrication Components.
