About the Role As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead our commitment to excellence by overseeing our Quality Management System and driving operational standards. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring product integrity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Direct and optimize the Quality Management System to ensure full compliance with
ISO 9001-2015
standards. Drive product reliability by managing rigorous phase inspection procedures for custom metal fabrications and enclosures. Analyze key performance indicators, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and customer feedback, to enhance operational efficiency. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by tracking and implementing actionable data from internal feedback loops. Oversee departmental budgets and manage the end-to-end resolution of warranty claims to maintain high customer satisfaction. Facilitate collaboration by representing the quality department during site visits, vendor audits, and stakeholder meetings. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role. Deep working knowledge of
ISO 9001-2015
quality standards and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web-based tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data to diverse audiences. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for site-related travel. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Practical application of Root Cause Analysis methodologies, such as 5 Whys. Familiarity with AS9100 quality management frameworks.
