Oversee departmental budgets and manage the end-to-end resolution of warranty claims to maintain high customer satisfaction. Facilitate collaboration by representing the quality department during site visits, vendor audits, and stakeholder meetings. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data to diverse audiences. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for site-related travel. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Practical application of Root Cause Analysis methodologies, such as 5 Whys. Familiarity with AS9100 quality management frameworks.
