Duties Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality standards. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure that all documentation related to quality processes is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO 9001 and

ISO 13485

requirements. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations affecting quality control. Qualifications Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including QA/QC principles. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and standards is essential and highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
