Current and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Mississippi required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing patient care in home health settings preferred. This includes developing plans of care, family/caregiver education, coordination with PTAs, and participation in multidisciplinary case conferences for recertification and discharge planning. Daily travel to patient homes required. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within Harrison County, MS.
